SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING
We offer flat rate ground shipping rates that are calculated at time of checkout via USPS and UPS. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. As each personalized item is made-to-order. Tracking details will be provided through email at the time of shipping preparation.
Orders may be shipped in multiple shipments depending on their size, and could be shipped on separate days. For expedited shipping rates, please reach out to us at assistant@wicklowandco.com.
We do support shipping to military addresses but cannot ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
Processing and shipments can be delayed due to holidays and inclement weather.
Customizations, or made-to-order items have unique to the product purchased shipping timeframes. Please note that timeframe on the items itself or informed by a representative.
RETURNS
Please include form here with all returned items -
We do not accept returns for personalized items. These are considered final sale at the time of purchase. We cannot accept cancellations.
We accept returns for chains, earrings that have not been worn, and home goods within 14 days of delivery, the return must be postmarked by the 14th day. All items returned must be in new, undamaged condition, and returned in the original, protective packaging.
We do not refund original shipping charges, and the return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. There will not be a restocking fee on any items returned. Please note final sale items are ineligible for return and will state this on the product itself.
Wicklow & Co. cannot accept responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit. We suggest adding insurance to the package for the value of the items you are returning. Once we receive the return it will process in 1 -3 business days ad refunded to your original form of payment, unless otherwise indicated on the item purchased for a store credit.
For any items that arrive damaged in transit or flawed, we require notice within 48 hours of delivery with images and supporting details sent to - assitant@wicklowandco.com
